Back in 2001 Vince McMahon started the XFL, a football league which lasted only 1 season. Now it appears he wants to try again.

With 35million dollars each being lost between WWE and NBC on the XFL idea, do you think it will work again? ..Well considering the current state of the NFL, and the atmosphere created due to politics and protests McMahon appears to think so. He has reportedly sold 100million worth of WWE Shares to help fund the sports focused company "Alpha Entertainement" where he plans to look into a variety of entertainment related companies, including professional football.

Recent filings shows that Alpha Entertainment sought to Trademark XFL as a Professional Football League, as well as the famous phrase "He Hate Me", a phrase made famous by player Rod Smart
