3 Sets of Dumbbells (Light, Medium, Heavy-...ish)
10,15,20 being used for the video

Purpose: For toning of legs, booty, (cardio based workout). Great replacement for cardio machines while provided the added feeling of lifting.

01. High Knees, 30 seconds
02. Skaters (20 Reps)
03. Squat Jumps - 20 reps
04. Mountain climber Burpees (5 reps)
05. Backwards Lunges 4 sets of 16
06. Split Jumps, 20 reps
07. RDL;s - 4 sets of 16
08. Walking lunges (with a pulse)
09. Goblet Squats - 4 sets of 20
10. Goblet Pulse Squats (to failure)
11. Step Ups - 4 sets of 20
12. 30 minutes on stairmaster**
