Replaced the pasta in my chili with red potatoes to close the week out. Eating half now, half for dinner, supplementing the other half with a 40g protein shake (1 banana, 2 tbs peanut butter, honey, mixed berries, & 2scoops protein). Breakfast has been 2cups of oatmeal w/1 banana, 2cups of seasoned egg whites with 1 cup cubed chicken pieces.
